Lead the sales force behind one of Europe's most trusted office supply brands. 

At weWow, we partner with leading brands like 123inkt to deliver exceptional service to their customers. Now we're looking for a driven Team Lead to manage growing sales teams, motivate them to hit their targets, and build the foundation for further success.


Why this role matters.

You're not just managing teams – you're shaping the customer experience for thousands of 123inkt customers across multiple markets. Each team focuses on warm customer sales, turning existing orders into opportunities for upselling and converting customers to 123inkt's home brand products. Your leadership will directly influence team performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.


How to WOW.

  • Lead and inspire sales teams across different EU markets, ensuring they're motivated, engaged, and focused on their targets

  • Drive performance through effective coaching, training, and regular feedback

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met

  • Foster collaboration across teams to share best practices and support growth

  • Manage stakeholders – from 123inkt senior management to internal weWow departments – keeping everyone aligned on goals and results

  • Spot opportunities to improve processes, tools, and customer engagement

  • Recruit and onboard new team members as the teams continue to grow

  • Have proven experience in people management (sales team leadership is a big plus)

  • Are a natural motivator who can inspire high performance

  • Understand sales metrics and how to drive them

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both your team and stakeholders

  • Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership

  • Have strong problem-solving skills and adapt easily to change

  • Are fluent in Dutch & English (essential) – additional languages are a bonus
