El Rol
Buscamos un SEO & Content Specialist joven y proactivo para escalar nuestro tráfico orgánico y crear contenido que convierta.

Ubicación: Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (modalidad híbrida)

Responsabilidades
SEO (50%) - Estrategia SEO integral para posicionamiento orgánico - Keyword research enfocado en intención comercial - Optimización técnica (velocidad, estructura, schema markup) - SEO on-page para todas las rutas del Camino - Link building y estrategia de autoridad - Análisis de competencia (Camino Ways, Pilgrim) - Monitoreo de rankings y tráfico orgánico
Content (50%) - Guías completas por ruta (Francés, Portugués, Norte, etc.) - Blog posts: consejos, preparación, mejor época - Contenido evergreen (sin referencias temporales) - Landing pages optimizadas para SEM - Briefing a traductoras (EN/DE) - Contenido para email marketing

Requisitos Imprescindibles
Experiencia: - 3-5 años en SEO (preferible travel/turismo/eCommerce) - Portfolio demostrable de resultados SEO - Experiencia creando contenido de calidad
Skills Técnicas: - Ahrefs, SEMrush o similar - Google Search Console, Google Analytics - WordPress y SEO técnico - HTML/CSS básico
IA & Tecnología: - Uso intensivo de IA para investigación, creación y optimización de contenido - Herramientas: ChatGPT, Sintra, Claude, Jasper, Surfer SEO, etc. - Automatización de procesos con IA
Idiomas: - Inglés alto (C1 mínimo) - contenido en inglés es prioritario - Español nativo
Soft Skills: - Proactividad y autonomía - Mentalidad data-driven - Capacidad de escribir contenido engaging - Organización y gestión de múltiples proyectos
