Therapist Manager
in our Barcelona center — a key leadership position for those who want to take the next step in team management, operational excellence and service leadership.

What You Will Lead
As Therapist Manager, you will be responsible for
one of the largest and most essential teams in the center
, working closely with Operations, Experience, and Talent.
You will manage:
- 1–3 Supervisors
- 60–80 Therapists & Links
- A full operational area that directly impacts the quality of our guest experience every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Service
- Ensure AM/PM coverage and smooth daily operations in Therapies & Bath Area.
- Maintain protocols, standards, and environment in line with AIRE's stylebook.
- Oversee daily briefings, cross-department communication (VIPs, maintenance, groups).
- Quickly resolve issues that may impact guest experience.
- Implement new protocols, experiences, and operational processes.
People Leadership
- Lead a team of Supervisors responsible for shift execution and floor governance.
- Build and execute the annual training plan (onboarding, refreshers, H&S).
- Manage performance cycles: 1:1s, feedback, goals, calibrations, succession.
- Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Scheduling & OPEX
- Manage staff schedules, rotations, vacation planning, and night shifts.
- Oversee inventory control of treatment and bath area consumables.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on incidents, improvements, and operational priorities.
- Support OPEX oversight together with the Operations Manager.
Who Can Apply (Internal Eligibility Criteria)Experience & Tenure
- Minimum 1 year at AIRE.
- 3+ years leading teams, including Supervisors/Coordinators.
- 3+ years of experience in the sector (wellness, aesthetics, fitness or hospitality).
Skills
- Strong organisational and coordination capability (schedules, coverage, priorities).
- Advanced Excel and strong digital skills.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred; Workday familiarity is a plus.
- High service orientation and ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong, clear and empathetic communication skills.
Languages
- Spanish
- Fluent English
