Our mission is to drive the transition toward more responsible and sustainable consumption. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Commercial team.

Your Role

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Team by ensuring accurate and efficient order management, while contributing to an excellent customer experience across all commercial interactions.

What You'll Do

Support Sales Management in achieving departamental objectives

Manage and process customer orders in ERP Navision, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-up

Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, agents, and internal departments

Handle customer inquiries, claims, and incidents in a professional and timely manner

Monitor shipments and deliveries to ensure correct execution

Prepare and send product samples to clients and prospects

Support invoicing and administrative processes

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales Back Office or Sales Administration roles

Full professional proficiency in English (French or other languages are a plus)

Strong skills in ERP systems (Navision preferred) and advanced Excel

Knowledge of Power BI is a plus

Willingness to travel occasionally

Organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
