Logistics Operations Coordinator
to to support high‑impact industrial and aeronautical projects in

We are looking for a professional who will:

  • Manage and improve
    physical logistics activities from material unloading to point‑of‑use delivery, ensuring quality, timing, and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor and control
    logistics processes through performance, cost, and quality KPIs.
  • Resolve issues quickly
    through efficient alert and escalation mechanisms.
  • Drive improvement initiatives
    that are local, non‑disruptive, and short‑term, sharing best practices with logistics service providers.
  • Contribute to end‑to‑end optimization
    of logistics solutions and assess the impact of planning changes.
  • Align logistics operations
    with internal stakeholders to secure overall process performance.
  • Monitor SLAs
    and
    support root‑cause analyses
    to ensure long‑term error prevention.
  • Ensure compliance
    with safety, airworthiness, quality, environmental, health, and dangerous goods regulations.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Economics, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Aerospace Engineering
  • Over 1 years of experience
    in Supply Chain/Logistics
  • SAP expert‑level knowledge
  • English level B2.2+
  • German level B2
    or higher is a plus
  • Availability to work on‑site in Germany
