As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for developing acquisition strategies and establishing the best marketing channels for reaching potential users

You will work closely with BLING's Marketing team and with the Head of Performance Marketing to whom you will report.

Job Description

The Role

You will be in charge of developing and leading the launch of Bling Affiliate Marketing program
We expect you to:

  • Define Bling Affiliate program strategy and business model
  • Work hand in hand with our creative studio to define our Affiliate program branding
  • Recruit, engage and pitch new Affiliate partners
  • Maintain relationships with Affiliates and grow their performance with Bling
  • Negotiate and evaluate Affiliate advertising agreements
  • Participate and cooperate with the art department, product, data and growth teams to launch creative and disruptive Affiliate campaigns
  • Evaluate performance via insights and reports to drive Bling User Growth performance
  • Keep on top of industry trends and monitor competitive Affiliate program in the region
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in managing Affiliate Marketing networks
  • Knowledge in ad-serving technologies, experience in campaign management
  • Excellent Affiliate business acumen with data-driven approach
  • Sharp time management and project management skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
  • Fluent in English. French or Spanish is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for BLING's product - we care deeply about our product and get others excited to use BLING
