Descripción de la Empresa:

Somos una instalación deportiva dedicada al Golf y al pádel ubicada en la zona de Alcobendas, y orientada a ofrecer una experiencia de calidad a los jugadores.

Contamos con instalaciones modernas, en un entorno cuidado y un equipo comprometido con el deporte, y el trato cercano al cliente.

Descripción del puesto:

En el puesto de Recepcionista en campo de golf y personal tienda de Golf en Golf Park Alcobendas, serás responsable de atender a los clientes tanto de forma presencial como telefónica, ofreciendo un servicio excelente tanto en recepción como en la tienda de golf.

Tus tareas incluirán gestionar reservas, cobros y manejo de caja, venta de cursos y clases tanto de Golf como de pádel, responder llamadas telefónicas, realizar tareas administrativas y apoyar en la atención al cliente en la tienda. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo que se desarrolla de manera presencial en nuestras instalaciones en Madrid.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en atención al cliente y en algún puesto similar, así como excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Persona responsable, organizada y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo, buen trato con el cliente, y aptitudes para el manejo de centralitas telefónicas y tareas de recepción.
  • Conocimiento básico del golf y proactividad serán un plus, así como el manejo de caja
  • Residencia en la zona o facilidad para desplazarse.

Se ofrece:

  • Jornada completa, 5 días de trabajo semanales, con dos días de descanso seguidos y rotación de días de libranzas.
  • Salario bruto anual: 18.000€ aproximado.
  • Incorporación inmediata.
