Your role in the project
As a Senior UI Designer, you will shape concepts and deliver cohesive, scalable design experiences that meet user needs and align with our business goals. You'll play a key role in the evolution of our Design System, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all our digital products.

You Will

  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, using research insights and data to inform design decisions.
  • Lead the creation of high-fidelity interfaces, component libraries, and interaction patterns aligned with our Design System.
  • Collaborate closely with product designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure UI consistency and scalability across products.
  • Evolve and maintain our Design System — defining guidelines, components, tokens, and documentation that enable design and development teams to work efficiently.
  • Clearly articulate how our products can evolve from a user-centered and system-oriented perspective.

What we are *ideally* looking for

  • Fluent in English - other languages valued.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your process, visual design expertise, and contributions to Design Systems.
  • Proven experience as a UI for digital products, ideally with a focus on scalable design solutions and system thinking.
  • Deep knowledge of Visual Design, Interaction Design, Accessibility, and Design Systems.
  • Proven experience creating and maintaining Design Systems (components, tokens, documentation).
