The Position:

Report to: Head of PMO

We are looking for a Project Management Student or an Intern responsible for assisting the Head of PMO on the tasks related to resource management (using specific Resource Management software), general PMO & project reporting and KPIs measurement, Jira administration and other tasks related to supporting the PMO project portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the resourcing tool under the direction of the Head of PMO and assisting in meeting Aizon's goals and objectives.
  • Administer the Jira project structure, creating new projects and ensuring the adherence of the Project Management team to the internal procedures and best practices. 
  • Promote best practices and work with internal resources to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Generate consistently all the reporting and communications related to project control and KPIs.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Being proactive and proposing efficiency improvements.
  • Identify areas for process improvements.
Qualifications: Must-have
  • Project Management studies or background.
  • Experience in Jira and the Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Lean) and management of deadlines.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish.
  • Able to work in a team and project-oriented.
  • Willing to comply with and follow all regulations required when working in a highly regulated environment, such as ISO standards and GMP regulations.
Qualifications: Nice-have
  • Background in life sciences or engineering (industrial, software,.)
  • Knowledge of Cloud Platforms and IIoT is valued.
  • PMP Certification / other project management certifications.
