Senior Hard Surface Artist (Remote):
We are a team of expert developers with the goal of creating the next generation of systems that will power gaming and game development.
We're seeking an experienced Senior Hard Surface Artist to create modular 3D assets that meet strict criteria in terms of fidelity and precision. You will create high-quality modular assets that serve as building blocks for immersive game worlds.

Requirements:
Portfolio demonstrating photorealistic hard surface work at AAA quality
Experience creating assets for modern game engines (Unreal, Unity, or proprietary engines)
Expert proficiency in Maya and/or Blender for hard surface modeling
Develop photorealistic PBR materials and textures using industry-standard workflows
Knowledge of UV unwrapping, texture density, and efficient texture layout
Strong grasp of edge flow, topology, and weighted normals
Solid understanding of real-time rendering constraints and optimization techniques
Nice to haves:
Experience with Substance Designer for procedural material creation
Knowledge of modular kit creation, trim sheets, and tileable textures
Understanding performance optimization strategies

This is a fully remote position with a flexible working schedule.
Salary range is 18k-38k USD depending on expertise and experience.
