Qué harás?

Buscamos a una persona con amplia experiencia trabajando en proyectos y productos de analítica de datos que se una a nuestro equipo para desarrollar e implementar soluciones de analítica en casos de uso reales.

Liderar la identificación de necesidades de negocio en cuanto a la analítica, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinares para definir KPIs, métricas clave y estructuras de datos que ayuden a nuestros productos y clientes a tomar decisiones basadas en datos.

Colaborar con los arquitectos de datos en el diseño de modelos de datos analíticos orientados a facilitar el consumo de información mediante herramientas de BI.

Validar la calidad de los datos utilizados, proponiendo mejoras en los procesos de ingesta y transformación.

Comunicar hallazgos y recomendaciones a stakeholders de alto nivel mediante storytelling y visualizaciones efectivas.

Mentorizar a perfiles más junior, promoviendo buenas prácticas en analítica y visualización de datos.

Requisitos del puesto:

Un perfil de Data Analyst de 2 años mínimo de experiencia en los siguientes skills:

Experiencia trabajando con módulos analíticos: sasviya, lenguaje SAS (
excluyente
) y recomendable estos módulos:

  • Demand Forecasting
  • Demand Forecasting for fresh products
  • New product forecasting /Demand Forecasting
  • Inventory optimization
  • Assortment optimization
  • Promotion Uplift Forecasting
  • Clustering
