Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on
Salesforce Developer
to join our growing team. This is a great role for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions in Salesforce while also taking ownership of core administration and system optimization. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency, improve the user experience, and enable business growth.
If you're a Salesforce professional who thrives in both development and admin work this role will give you both variety and impact.
What You'll Do
- Salesforce Development & Customization
- Build and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
- Develop integrations with other systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as Workato).
- Ensure platform stability, data integrity, and system security.
- Platform Operations & Support
- Monitor jobs, troubleshoot issues, and keep the system running smoothly.
- Handle data migration, cleansing, and maintenance to ensure high-quality reporting.
- Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and recommend features that add business value.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer, with a focus on development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and platform capabilities.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of CPQ is a plus but not required.
- Bonus: Experience with integrations and tools like Workato.
