Job Description

Role Summary:

Dr.Reddy's is seeking a dynamic Accounting Specialist to be based on site at our Barcelona office, to be responsible for managing Accounting operations, ensuring that the administrative process and daily operations run smoothly, and support the Finance Manager of the entity on closing, tax reporting and treasury. Ensure and adequately track cost of the branch. Help the organization to adapt their structure to a fast changing and digitalize ordering and invoicing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative tracking and Invoice Reception, ensure Delegation of Authority

• Cost Control of Operational Expenses, Business Units and Employees

• Management of accounting department

• Management of Tax Activities (VAT Reporting, Intrastat (statistical Models), etc.)

• Support on Software integration and development to commercial and finance side to ensure company has adequate systems for management of the orders and invoicing

• Support company functions on administrative task: HR or IT on task to be done locally

• Annual Audit Support

• Account receivables, follow up on client's payments, ensure balances with them are correct, and built positive relationships

Qualifications

Educational qualification: Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar

Minimum work experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience

Skills & attributes:

• Able to use MS Office Suite and proficiency in Excel

  
  •Experience in SAP (A3 is a Plus)

  
  •Knowledge of accounting and/or administrative management, understanding of management practices and techniques

  
  •Good understanding of local tax regulations

  
  •Ability to communicate with clients and build positive relationships with them

  
  •Good communication skills in Spanish and English (verbal and written)

  
  •Ability to work in a matrix organization and within an international group

  
  •Ability to manage projects and coordinate cross functionally

  
  •Ability to make the information received reliable, to make it usable and to circulate it to all those who need it
