Sobre el puesto
Buscamos un/a Talent Acquisition Specialist altamente organizado/a, proactivo/a y muy hands-on para incorporarse a un entorno internacional, dinámico y en plena fase de crecimiento y transformación.
Se trata de una posición clave, con interlocución directa con dirección a nivel europeo, actuando como mano derecha en materia de selección y talento. El rol requiere agilidad, autonomía, capacidad de empuje y comodidad en entornos rápidos y multi-sede.
La posición implica movilidad frecuente entre las diferentes sedes en España y desplazamientos puntuales por Europa.
Responsabilidades principales
Gestión integral de procesos de selección end-to-end para diferentes perfiles profesionales a nivel europeo.
Colaboración estrecha con managers y stakeholders senior para entender necesidades y definir estrategias de reclutamiento eficaces.
Coordinación de procesos entre distintas sedes, asegurando velocidad, calidad y alineación.
Garantizar una excelente experiencia de candidato durante todo el proceso.
Participación activa en la creación y desarrollo de iniciativas de talento y futuros equipos.
Seguimiento de procesos, prioridades y resultados con un enfoque estructurado y orientado a la mejora continua.
Trabajo altamente autónomo, con capacidad de toma de decisiones y liderazgo de iniciativas.

Requisitos
Grado en Recursos Humanos, ADE o similar.
Experiencia mínima de 4–5 años en Talent Acquisition, preferiblemente en entornos internacionales y multi-sede.
Inglés nivel C2 imprescindible (uso profesional diario).
Castellano fluido.
Otros idiomas europeos serán muy valorados.
Perfil extremadamente organizado, estructurado y fiable.
Persona con empuje, iniciativa y carácter: nada tímida, cómoda defendiendo criterios y avanzando procesos.
Capacidad para trabajar a alto ritmo sin perder orden ni calidad.
Presencialidad 100% (no teletrabajo).
Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio imprescindibles.
Disponibilidad para viajar puntualmente por Europa (≈10%).

Paquete retributivo competitivo:
40.000 – € brutos anuales
