Descripción de la oferta

Responsabilidades principales

  • Ejecutar actividades operativas de compras en varias regiones utilizando el sistema ERP (SAP).
  • Participar activamente en las actividades de aprovisionamiento estratégico para la subcategoría de Contratistas, con el objetivo de lograr reducciones de costes manteniendo o mejorando la calidad del servicio y el nivel de los proveedores.
  • Identificar, evaluar y seleccionar proveedores; negociar y cerrar acuerdos marco de servicios globales y europeos dentro de la subcategoría de Contratistas, bajo la supervisión de los responsables de aprovisionamiento..
  • Preparar documentos de licitación, comparativas y análisis de datos utilizando Microsoft Excel.
  • Establecer y gestionar relaciones globales/regionales con proveedores.
  • Supervisar el rendimiento de los proveedores y su cumplimiento de los compromisos adquiridos.
  • Resolver problemas operativos con los proveedores.
  • Gestionar incidencias relacionadas con el procesamiento de facturas.
  • Elaborar y emitir informes de ahorros y de actividad.

Perfil del candidato

  • Grado universitario en ingeniería o campo técnico.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia relevante en compras indirectas o contratación de proyectos.
  • Conocimiento del mercado europeo.
  • Excelente dominio del inglés.
  • Habilidades interpersonales y orientación a resultados.
  • Se valorarán habilidades de negociación.
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicación y gestión de relaciones con proveedores.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa en una organización matricial.
  • Pensamiento estratégico y enfoque pragmático.
