As a TA Partner, you will be responsible of:

• managing the entire recruitment process and providing the best candidate experience

• Briefing with managers

• Managing the publication of job ads on our various job boards

• Screening and selecting CVs

• Being the first point of contact for candidates and presenting the most relevant profiles to managers

• Monitoring the recruitment process through to the offer stage and supporting managers in their decision-making

• Optimizing our sourcing to target the best profiles

• Communicating with peers in the Corporate and Tech teams

Dynamic and organized, you know how to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Proactive, you are a good listener and have strong interpersonal skills.

You have a good level of English, Spanish & Catalan
