Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound customer calls to promote and sell our services.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive customer database.
- Expand and diversify the customer base while nurturing existing relationships.
- Document detailed call logs and customer feedback.
- Develop effective sales strategies based on competitor analysis.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (C2 level) and proficient in English.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably with CRM systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a competitive spirit.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
