JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for two Product Functional Analysts with a technical background to join the RSS team at Abertis Mobility Services, supporting the development and delivery of tolling solutions across RSE (hardware + gantry controller) and OBO (Operational Back Office). These roles will work closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure functional clarity and delivery alignment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in gathering and documenting functional requirements for RSE and OBO systems.
- Support product backlog refinement, focusing on ticket creation and grooming.
- Analyze data from tolling systems for troubleshooting and issue identification.
- Participate in testing and validation of new features or system changes.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Functional
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders to support decision-making and communication.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Industrial, Engineering, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with hardware/software integration projects.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and ideally SQL.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment, with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work.
- Planning and prioritization-oriented, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a product-oriented team.
Nice-to-Have
- Basic understanding of infrastructure concepts (e.g., databases, NFS).
- Basic knowledge of Linux and ability to write and execute simple SQL queries.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle.
- Interest or basic understanding of tolling systems or mobility infrastructure (ITS).
