Procurement Optimisation Project Lead - €600 – (Interim | Europe-Based | Hybrid Remote)

About the Opportunity:

A global organisation is undergoing a major business transformation to streamline operations and empower internal stakeholders across multiple markets.

The company is seeking a Procurement
Optimisation Project Lead
to drive key change initiatives across processes, systems, and supplier management, ensuring long-term operational excellence.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused leadership role, ideal for someone experienced in guiding complex transformations in international, fast-moving environments.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead transformation workstreams focused on operational efficiency, process redesign, and localisation of key functions.
  • Support business integration and transition activities across several European markets.
  • Drive improvement in supplier management, cost control, and working capital programmes.
  • Define and manage performance indicators, ensuring alignment with overall transformation goals.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver lasting organisational impact.

Required Experience:

  • Significant experience in procurement optimisation, transformation & procurement operations
  • Proven success leading change within large, complex, or private-equity-backed environments.
  • Able to operate strategically while managing detailed implementation.
  • Commercially minded, astute with data, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving contexts.
  • Strong communicator, able to influence and collaborate across different cultures and markets.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Based in
    Western Europe,
    with some travel expectations
