Desde Hays buscamos incorporar un/a Accounting & Tax Specialist para unirse al equipo de una startup especializada en IA, en Madrid. Se trata de una posición clave dentro del área contable y fiscal, con foco en ofrecer un servicio impecable ayudando a gestionar a sus clientes la contabilidad, impuestos y procesos financieros con tecnología de primer nivel.
Responsabilidades
- Contabilización de facturas, conciliaciones bancarias y cierres contables mensuales/trimestrales.
- Preparación y presentación de impuestos (IVA, IRPF, Sociedades, etc.).
- Elaboración de libros oficiales y cuentas anuales.
- Atención y resolución de dudas contables y fiscales del cliente de forma clara y cercana.
- Coordinación con otros equipos (laboral, financiero) para ofrecer un servicio integral.
- Uso de herramientas digitales (Holded, Sage, A3) y participación en la mejora continua de procesos.
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa en entornos contables, fiscales o financieros (asesoría, despacho tributario, Big 4, banca o empresa).
- Conocimiento sólido de principios contables y presentación de impuestos.
- Interés en herramientas digitales y automatización (IA, ChatGPT, etc.).
Banda salarial en función de experiencia.
