OVERVIEW

MEJOR B.V. is seeking a
Project Manager
with hands-on experience in
hotel construction, renovation
, and
FF&E coordination
, with a strong understanding of interior delivery in the hospitality sector.

This role is not a creative design position, it's a delivery-focused role for someone who understands design intent and knows how to bring it to life through clear planning, execution, and coordination. You'll be responsible for managing the full scope of interiors from specification handover to final installation across hospitality projects in Europe and beyond.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Interior Scope Ownership

• Lead the delivery of interior scopes across hospitality renovation and development projects.
• Oversee and review FF&E specifications, finishes, layouts, and shop drawings.
• Ensure execution aligns with brand identity, guest experience, and operational functionality.
• Coordinate technical approvals and manage communication between internal teams and external consultants.

Project & Execution Management

• Develop phase-based execution plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Break down interior scopes into actionable tasks, timelines, and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Collaborate with procurement to align design specifications with supply chain and production timelines.
• Monitor on-site quality and coordination during installation and finishing stages.

Communication & Leadership

• Act as the point of contact for all interior-related scope across assigned projects.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain alignment on progress and expectations.
• Resolve execution issues on-site and ensure seamless integration of all FF&E components.

Budget, Timeline & Reporting

• Support budgeting for FF&E and joinery in collaboration with procurement and finance teams.
• Track costs, flag risks, and manage any necessary value engineering discussions.
• Prepare internal reports and update leadership on site progress and key milestones.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in interior design is a plus, but not required.
• Minimum
  3+ years of experience in hotel construction, hospitality renovation
  , or interior fit-out project management.
• Strong understanding of FF&E procurement processes and supplier coordination.
• Confident working with technical drawings and shop drawings, and ensuring practical execution.
• Experience with hospitality operators, brands, or luxury hotel developers is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management software; basic working knowledge of design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally for site coordination and supplier visits.
• Comfortable in deadline-driven environments with multiple moving parts.
