Estamos buscando un/a Embedded Software Engineer.

Tu misión será participar en el soporte de la distribución Linux de Schneider (EdgeOS MPU) y en el proceso de incorporación (OnBoarding) de nuestros clientes internos.

Durante el OnBoarding, serás la primera interfaz técnica entre los proyectos y el equipo de EdgeOS, dando soporte a los proyectos que utilizan EdgeOS MPU, desde la creación de la distribución Linux hasta la habilitación de la conectividad con la nube.

Participarás desde las primeras etapas de cada proyecto para:

  • Comprender y recopilar los requisitos de los usuarios
  • Guiar a los equipos a través de nuestra arquitectura Yocto/KAS
  • Optimizar el proceso de mantenimiento
  • Asistir a los usuarios en la adopción de EdgeOS en proyectos de Schneider
  • Actuarás como el principal punto de contacto técnico para todas las cuestiones relacionadas con el firmware embebido, cubriendo desde el bootloader hasta el espacio de usuario de Linux.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en desarrollo embebido y BSP
  • Conocimiento profundo de entornos Linux y Yocto/KAS
  • Git / GitHub
  • Conocimiento de prácticas de código abierto (open source)
  • Conocimiento del proceso de puesta en marcha de placas (board bring-up)
  • Problemas de configuración dentro de capas o recetas de Yocto
  • Errores en controladores del kernel (por ejemplo, USB, Ethernet)
