About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Implementation Specialist to join our team. You will act as the bridge between business and IT, translating supply chain requirements into actionable system solutions and ensuring smooth deployment of our supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, TMS).
English is the working language, and occasional business travel is required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of end-to-end supply chain processes with clients or internal departments;
- Translate business needs into system solutions and create key documentation, including requirement specifications and business blueprints;
- Configure supply chain system modules and workflows, test functionality, and resolve system issues with technical teams;
- Organize user training, prepare manuals, and provide go-live support to ensure successful system deployment;
- Collect feedback post-launch and drive system optimization and iteration;
- Summarize project experiences and contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge base development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;
- 2–3 full lifecycle supply chain system implementation projects (ERP/WMS/TMS preferred), with experience independently managing modules and cross-functional collaboration;
- Strong communication, logical thinking, and presentation skills in
English
; - Proactive team player with a strong sense of collaboration;
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits or project implementation.
