DevSecOps Engineer: Protegiendo el Futuro de la Innovación

En Initium Software, conectamos el mejor talento técnico con proyectos desafiantes que marcan la diferencia. Como DevSecOps Engineer, serás la pieza clave para garantizar que la innovación y la seguridad avancen de la mano. No solo desplegarás código; diseñarás arquitecturas resilientes donde la seguridad está embebida en el ADN del desarrollo.

Tus desafíos y responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y mantener pipelines CI/CD seguros para la construcción, prueba y despliegue de aplicaciones de alto impacto.
  • Integrar escaneos de seguridad y gestión de vulnerabilidades directamente en los flujos de trabajo de desarrollo.
  • Automatizar la infraestructura y la configuración utilizando herramientas modernas de IaC bajo estándares de seguridad.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de QA, Seguridad y Operaciones para asegurar que el SDLC sea impecable.
  • Potenciar entornos de contenedores y nube (AWS) aplicando las mejores prácticas de la industria.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Experiencia: Entre 3 y 6 años en roles similares de DevSecOps o Automatización.
  • Dominio de CI/CD: Manejo experto de GitHub Actions, Jenkins (pipelines declarativos y librerías compartidas) y gestión de secretos.
  • Seguridad: Experiencia con SonarQube (SAST) y Fortify para análisis de código estático.
  • Automatización e IaC: Sólidos conocimientos en Ansible, Puppet y herramientas como Terraform o CloudFormation.
  • Cloud (AWS): Experiencia operativa con EC2, S3, IAM (principio de menor privilegio), VPC, ECS/EKS y CloudWatch.
  • Scripting: Capacidad para automatizar procesos usando Bash, Python y Groovy.
  • Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (C1) es imprescindible para la colaboración internacional.

Valoramos especialmente si además

  • Tienes experiencia con Docker, OpenShift o Helm.
  • Has trabajado con repositorios de artefactos como Nexus o JFrog.
  • Te apasiona aprender, compartir ideas y evolucionar junto al equipo en un entorno de mejora continua.
