Are you an experienced Project or Program Manager who thrives on delivering complex initiatives in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments? We're looking for a results-driven professional to lead strategic projects across business and technology teams within a global financial services organization.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery — from planning through execution — ensuring that scope, timelines, and budgets are met. You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities, manage risks, and deliver impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full project/program lifecycle management, from initiation to closure.
  • Manage budgets including forecasting, cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial controls.
  • Prepare and present clear project updates to senior management and C-level stakeholders.
  • Coordinate dependencies, risks, and issues across business and technology teams.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication and influence without authority.
  • Support governance processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience managing complex, multi-team programs/projects (business + tech).
  • Proven track record of on-time, on-budget delivery in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong budget management and financial reporting skills.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience with risk, issue, and dependency management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (PSM/PSPO), SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience working in banking or financial services, particularly in PMO or project delivery roles.

Tools & Reporting Experience

  • Jira:
    project setup, workflows, dashboards, JQL queries; Advanced Roadmaps a plus.
  • Power BI:
    report building, data modeling (Power Query/DAX), workspace publishing, KPI dashboards.
  • Excel & PowerPoint:
    executive reporting and presentations.
  • MS Project / Smartsheet:
    beneficial but not required.
