Role Areas:

Innovation Supply Chain for Wipes:

• Set up new tools for long-term capacity planning.
• Manage upstream finished product and material supply.
• Lead the process automation efforts.

Process Engineering for Wipes:

• The Process Engineer is responsible to improve results in the core production process.

• A qualified resource principally focused on process reliability, process improvements, and quality results.

• A technical resource that assures the application of technical knowledge and problem solving approaches.

  The technical owner that assures process changes do not negatively impact performance.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prioritize, prepare budgets, supervise progress, and keep team members informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure performance using suitable project management tools and techniques.
• Manage relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Delegate project tasks based on team members' strengths, skills, and experience levels.
• Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Continually develop leadership skills.

Job Qualifications

University/Bachelor Engineering graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Materials, Chemical, Industrial Engineers).

Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.

Display positive relationship-building, analytical skills, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented attitude.

Excellent progressive, strategic, and confident leadership skills.
