The Opportunity

This is your chance to be part of the Civil Engineering team in the Madrid office where you will be supporting local and international clients in managing water and water risk and working with multi-disciplinary teams across the globe.

As a Process Water Engineer at Arup, you will:

• Collaborate on consulting and technical design projects in water purification and treatment.
• Prepare water offers and studies for Spanish public administrations, private clients and international banks.
• Manage water projects and work teams.
• Coordinate with counterpart teams in other offices of the company outside Spain.

Does this role inspire you?

We are looking for someone proactive and dynamic that wants to further develop their career in the water business area. Ideally, you'll bring:

• Studies in Civil Engineering / Civil Engineering / Public Works Engineering / Industrial Engineering (Hydraulics) or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in water purification.
• Experience in water/hydraulic consulting/advisory projects.
• Fluent level of English and Spanish written and spoken skills.

Bonus Points if you have

• Knowledge of Presto and GIS.
• Experience with hydraulic design and calculation software.
