Currently we need to reinforce our HR team by incorporating a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Your Role

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from job briefing to offer stage.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.

Your Skills

  • At least 2 years previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
  • Higher education in Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or similar. A Master's or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources is desirable.
  • Essential high level of English
  • Organized, decisive, proactive and committed person, with communication and teamwork skills.
