The Product Manager (Crypto Gaming) will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and player expectations.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing to create and deliver innovative gaming solutions.The ideal candidate has a strong background in gaming, a deep understanding of cryptocurrency technologies, and experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and player needs.
  • Oversee the conceptualization, design, and implementation of new product features to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Lead agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient product development and delivery.
  • Work closely with development, marketing, and design teams to drive product vision and execution.
  • Leverage data analytics and player insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
  • Identify potential risks, address challenges, and ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years as a Product Manager in the gaming or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in the B2C casino or gaming space (game mechanics, bonus systems, player engagement strategies).
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and analytics to drive product decisions and improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and find innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Passion for gaming and strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
  • Prior experience in the crypto gaming industry, particularly within casino or iGaming sectors.
