Buscamos un/a
RESTAURANT MANAGER
con experiencia, liderazgo y una fuerte orientación al cliente para gestionar la operativa global de uno de nuestros establecimientos en Ibiza. La persona seleccionada será responsable de asegurar la excelencia en el servicio, optimizar los resultados del negocio y liderar a un equipo multidisciplinar en un entorno dinámico y de alto volumen.

Responsabilidades

  • Supervisar la operativa diaria del restaurante, garantizando un servicio excepcional.
  • Gestionar, motivar y formar al equipo (sala, cocina, barra).
  • Controlar costes, escandallos, inventarios y aprovisionamiento.
  • Elaborar horarios, previsiones de ventas y planificación de recursos.
  • Supervisar estándares de calidad, seguridad alimentaria y limpieza.
  • Resolver incidencias y asegurar una experiencia óptima para los clientes.
  • Colaborar con la dirección en la creación de estrategias para incrementar ventas.
  • Analizar KPIs del negocio y proponer mejoras operativas.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de
    3 a 5 años
    en puestos de dirección o gerencia en restauración.
  • Capacidad demostrada de gestión de equipos grandes.
  • Perfil resolutivo, organizado y orientado a objetivos.
  • Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y orientación al cliente.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión (P&L, inventarios, RRHH).
  • Nivel alto de inglés.
  • Residencia en Ibiza o disponibilidad para trasladarse.
