Propósito del rol

Impulsar el crecimiento de AGUA KMZERO combinando
automatización, rendimiento digital y coordinación de activaciones on/off

, asegurando que cada acción —ya sea en campañas, eventos o partnerships— se traduzca en
resultados medibles y crecimiento real

.

Este rol mezcla performance + experiencias de marca para convertir la estrategia creativa en impacto tangible.

Áreas clave que dominarás

  • HubSpot avanzado

: workflows, lead nurturing, segmentación, dashboards y campañas.

  • Growth digital

: experimentación constante, pruebas A/B, optimización de funnels B2B/B2C y CRO.

  • Redes sociales & contenido

: planificación, publicación y analítica en IG, TikTok y LinkedIn.

  • Activaciones & partnerships

: coordinación de colaboraciones, eventos y experiencias de marca.

  • Gestión de landings

: coordinación y optimización continua orientada a conversión.

  • Analítica y reporting

: métricas, UTMs, análisis de funnels y propuestas de mejora.

  • Copywriting para conversión

: emails, landings, campañas y comunicaciones clave.

  • Ejecución on/off

: acciones en calle, eventos y experiencias conectadas a resultados digitales.

Tus responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y ejecutar campañas de performance con enfoque de
    growth inteligente

.

  • Gestionar y optimizar HubSpot como plataforma central del funnel.

  • Analizar y mejorar funnels completos (B2B y B2C).

  • Preparar, coordinar y ejecutar activaciones, eventos y colaboraciones con marcas, hoteles, gimnasios, festivales y oficinas.

  • Documentar activaciones para redes sociales, contenidos y reporting.

  • Impulsar crecimiento orgánico en redes con contenido alineado al tono y la estrategia de la marca.

  • Conectar cada acción on/off con métricas digitales: leads, comunidad, interacción, tráfico y oportunidades.

  • Crear copys persuasivos para emails, landings y campañas.

  • Asegurar coherencia entre performance, activaciones y Brand Experience.

Perfil que buscamos

  • 1–3 años de experiencia en marketing digital, growth, performance o roles híbridos.

  • Experiencia demostrable con HubSpot Marketing (o alta motivación por especializarse).

  • Habilidad para coordinar proyectos digitales y experiencias de marca.

  • Mentalidad analítica + creatividad operativa.

  • Proactividad, autonomía y actitud resolutiva.

  • Organización impecable y capacidad para trabajar rápido.

  • Afinidad natural por marcas con propósito y sostenibilidad.

  • Ganas reales de aprender, experimentar y crecer dentro del Hub de Brand & Growth Experience.
