How will it be to work with us?

You'll join a cross-functional Data Science team that collaborates with multiple departments.

Your goal: transform data into actionable insights and scalable ML solutions that drive measurable results:

  • Design, build & refine ML models:
    Develop, test, and iterate on machine learning models and mathematical-programming approaches.
  • Prototype → Production:

Ready to join us?

What will make you succeed in this position:

  • Hold a degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Have
    1+ years of hands-on experience
    in data science and machine learning
  • Know how to design and evaluate models (feature engineering, model selection, hyper-parameter tuning, interpretability…)
  • Write
    production-quality Python code
    using data and ML libraries
  • Have a good grasp of
    MLOps principles
    (versioning, reproducibility, monitoring)
  • Are fluent in
    SQL
    and comfortable with relational databases
  • Communicate clearly and enjoy explaining technical ideas to non-technical people
  • Speak
    Spanish and English fluently
  • Think creatively and analytically — you don't just analyze data, you look for better ways to solve problems.

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Optimization, or similar.
  • Solid software design and testing habit.
  • Experience with
    cloud platforms
    (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Exposure to
    Big Data tools
    (Spark, PySpark, Hadoop, Hive, Impala…)
