World Connect Hub s.r.l., a subsidiary of World Abroad Connect Corp., is an Italian company specializing in the provision of integrated services to support businesses and universities managing study programs for international students, with a particular focus on students from the United States.

The company offers a wide range of services, including infrastructure, recruitment of qualified personnel, transportation, and organization of excursions, all aimed at ensuring the success and optimal integration of study programs in Europe.

Role Description:

  • Position Type: Full-time Summer Internship
  • Location: On-site in Madrid
  • Dates: April 1, 2026 to August 5, 2026

*IMPORTANT NOTE: We request availability from all candidates to be able to relocate to Italy, in case of need, since part of the program will run in Milan.

Responsibilities:

As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our core team throughout the entire program, including:

  • Customer Support:

  • Provide 24/7 assistance to our students studying abroad

  • Address student concerns, offer translation support when needed, and provide emergency assistance

  • Assist and manage students during organized trips and events

  • Offer support to professors on the ground during classroom activities

  • Program Logistics:

  • Coordinate transportation cards, welcome packs, program phones set up and all pre-arrival tasks

  • Manage lists, handle airport pickups, and facilitate accommodation check-ins and classroom activities

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a responsible and organized individual who can collaborate effectively while ensuring the safety and well-being of our students. Desired qualities include:

  • Strong Organizational Skills:

  • Ability to plan and manage various aspects of the program, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and activity scheduling.

  • Clear communication with students, program staff, and external partners to keep everyone well-informed.

  • High Professional attitude towards students enrolled in the program

  • Ability to work in group and big teams

  • Adaptability to changes in the program schedule and the ability to handle unexpected situations.

  • Requirements & Language Skills:

  • Fluent in English (mandatory)

  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

  • Basic skills of Excel 

  • Possess a properly functioning personal computer

  • full time availability for the entire period of the internship (no partial)

*Note: the interviews for the position will be conducted in English as proficiency in this language is essential for the role.
