Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a
HR Internship
para incorporarse al equipo de RRHH en nuestras oficinas localizadas en
Sant Vicenç dels Horts (Barcelona).

Tus tareas y funciones serán dar soporte transversal en diferentes áreas del departamento como Talent y Administración de Personal.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Colaboración en los procesos de reclutamiento y selección (Publicación de ofertas, criba curricular, preselección de candidatos, realización de filtros telefónicos, coordinación y agenda de entrevistas,...)
  • Elaboración de informes de entrevistas y seguimiento de candidatos.
  • Apoyo en los procesos de altas y bajas de empleados.
  • Soporte administrativo en control de presencia, marcajes, gestión documental, ...
  • Archivo, seguimiento y control de la documentación administrativa del departamento.
  • Actualización de bases de datos internas.
  • Apoyo en la coordinación de la formación interna y externa.
  • Ayudar en el seguimiento de la correcta aplicación de los planes de formación.
  • Soporte en tareas administrativas propias del área de RRHH.
  • Colaboración en proyectos transversales del departamento (formación, clima laboral, comunicación interna, etc.)

PERFIL DESEADO:

  • Formación superior preferiblemente en Psicología, siendo valorable en RRHH o RRLL.
  • Interés en el área de Recursos Humanos, especialmente en selección y personas.
  • Buen nivel de organización y atención al detalle.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, empatía y orientación a las personas.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y actitud proactiva.
  • Pensamiento creativo y empatía.
  • Nivel de inglés u otros idiomas será un plus.

Es
obligatorio
poder
suscribir
un
convenio de prácticas
(curriculares o extracurriculares)
con la Universidad o Master.
