- Identificar y documentar las necesidades del negocio:
Realiza entrevistas, talleres y análisis para comprender a fondo los procesos, los problemas y las oportunidades de mejora de una organización. - Definir los requisitos funcionales y no funcionales
: Traduce las necesidades del negocio en requisitos específicos que deben cumplir las soluciones tecnológicas. - Modelar los procesos de negocio:
Crea diagramas y modelos que describen cómo funcionan los procesos actuales y cómo deberían funcionar en el futuro. - Gestionar las expectativas de los stakeholders
: Comunica de manera efectiva los avances del proyecto a los
clientes
, usuarios y equipos de desarrollo. - Asegurar la calidad de las soluciones:
Verifica que las soluciones desarrolladas cumplan con los requisitos y satisfagan las necesidades del negocio.
Requisitos del puesto:

- Experiencia mínima de
3 años
en un puesto similar - Buen nivel de
inglés - Experiencia y/o conocimientos avanzados en
metodologías ágiles
(Scrum, Kanban) y saber cómo aplicarlas. - Habilidades de
comunicación. - Experiencia en la
interpretación de definiciones funcionales. - Experiencia con
Jira
y resto de herramientas Atlassian, teniendo gran conocimiento en gestión de tareas, casos de uso y seguimiento de proyectos.
