WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will join our Delivery Team, whose purpose is to empower product teams by providing:

Reliable infrastructure

Streamlined CI/CD pipelines

Self-service tooling

Best practices in security, observability, and deployment

Our focus is on building internal platforms that enable teams to deliver faster, with confidence and consistency on the Porsche.comecosystem.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We seek a Product Owner who can bridge the gap between product strategy, development, and operations.

You are passionate about delivering scalable, efficient, and high-performing technical solutions and thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the WWW domain of the global Porsche website, enabling product teams to deliver applications quickly, securely, and autonomously.

• Drive the development and optimisation of delivery infrastructure for the website, ensuring durability, quality, and scalability.

• Collaborate with product, operations, and security teams to automate processes, enhance system reliability, and support cloud architecture improvements.
• Champion agile principles, foster knowledge sharing, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Technical foundation: Basic knowledge of systems administration, cloud technologies, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in agile teams (SAFe experience is a plus).

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing alternatives.
• Leadership grounded in empathy and clarity, with the ability to prioritise effectively and keep teams focused.
• Organisational awareness without micromanagement; adaptable and calm in a fast-paced environments, able to manage shifting priorities with grace.
• Collaborative mindset: Encourage ideas, shared ownership, and team cohesion.
• Problem-solving ability: Unblock issues, guide trade-offs, and ensure timely access to stakeholders and data.
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
