Assistant Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the
Faculty of Engineering
(Ref.: to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should hold a good Bachelor's degree, with at least three years of solid administrative experience, preferably within a tertiary institution. They should possess an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), along with proficiency in IT skills. They should be a fast learner and a good team player, attentive to detail, equipped with strong organizational and communication skills. They should also have the ability to handle multiple tasks independently and meet tight deadlines.

The appointee will provide support and coordination in research administration, research grant application, quality assurance matters (including student feedback coordination), and perform any other duties as assigned. He/she may be required to work outside office hours. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
