Buscamos un/a
Creativo/a Mid-Senior con perfil híbrido (Arte & Concepto)
. Necesitamos a alguien con la visión estratégica para conectar el mundo digital con el mundo físico. Tu misión será gestionar las marcas actuales del grupo con un doble objetivo:
generar tráfico a través de campañas digitales
y
maximizar la experiencia de consumo mediante acciones en el local
.

Buscamos a alguien que entienda el "Retail Gastronómico", capaz de diseñar desde un
story
de Instagram hasta una activación promocional en la mesa del restaurante.

Formando parte de nuestro equipo de Expansión, la persona incorporada se responsabilizará de:

Tus principales retos:

  • Ideación de Acciones en Punto de Venta:
    Proponer y diseñar dinámicas que ocurran dentro de los locales (eventos temáticos, lanzamientos de ediciones limitadas, gamificación en mesa, retos para clientes). Tu objetivo es que "pasen cosas" en los restaurantes.
  • Diseño de Experiencia "In-Store":
    Cuidar y renovar los materiales de comunicación en el local (cartas, PLV, cartelería digital, manteles, packaging promocional), asegurando que las marcas tengan una bajada coherente y atractiva en el espacio físico.
  • Campañas Digitales (tráfico, awareness, ticket):
    Conceptualizar campañas de Social Ads y contenidos orgánicos pensados para llevar al consumidor del móvil a la mesa.
  • Brand Guardian 360º:
    Asegurar la coherencia visual de las marcas, garantizando que la identidad se respete en todos los touchpoints.
  • Colaboración Transversal:
    Trabajar junto a los equipos de Operaciones y Marketing para asegurar que las acciones creativas ideadas para los locales sean viables operativamente y rentables.

Requisitos:

  • Estudios de Publicidad y RRPP o similar.
  • 4+ años de experiencia
    en agencias o cliente, preferiblemente con experiencia en
    Retail, Restauración o Gran Consumo
    .
  • Dominio de la Suite Adobe
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Aquí es vital el
    InDesign y conocimientos de arte final
    , ya que diseñarás piezas físicas para imprimir, además de los activos digitales.
  • Capacidad para pensar campañas integradas
    : Entender el recorrido del cliente (Customer Journey) completo, desde que ve el anuncio hasta que se sienta a comer.
  • Creatividad aplicada al espacio físico:
    Capacidad para visualizar cómo visten las marcas un espacio tridimensional.
  • Visión comercial:
    Entender que una acción en local no solo debe ser "bonita", sino incentivar el consumo o la recurrencia.
