• Management and coordination of Syndicated Loans, Project Finance, Bilateral Loans, Guarantees, Bonds, Factoring, Loan Servicing, and any other type of   financing for which we can provide our services.

• Review the facility agreements relating to the different financing for which we provide services, determining the most important aspects that affect our management.

• Assist Vice-Presidents in closing deals. 
• Register deals in Apex own software and manage their follow-up, administrating and bookkeeping the transactions.

• Calculate any amounts to be paid by the borrowers and lenders in accordance with the agreements such as fees, interests, and principal repayments or redemptions.

• Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines.

• Setting of interest periods and reference interest rates applicable to each period.

• Management of notices or communications to be delivered to the lenders & borrowers and the different Loan Administration Departments, according to the financing agreements. 

• Executing the instructions needed to make the necessary payments according to the agreement (drawdowns, interest, principal and fees payments), on each due date. 

• Management of the Loan Administration in all jurisdictions in which we may provide our services, and provide additional support to other Teams, as product experts and Centre of Excellence.

• Coordinate the agency duties with the Transaction Management Team, providing the necessary support when required. 

• Cooperate with IT team in developing in-house software.

• Training junior members of the Team and give support to other jurisdictions Teams.

Skills Required.

• At least 3 years of experience in the banking / financial / legal advisory sector.
• Experience in the banking sector is an asset the banking sector.
• Excellent work attitude, quick and willing learner and proficient team player.
• Experience in the administration of Syndicated Loans Administration, ideally in agency management is an asset as well as in review of financing contracts, ideally knowledge of LMA contracts, calculations of loan settlements, management of participations, etc. 
• Experience with other software's for managing loans as Loan IQ or Solvas is a plus.
• English a must; fluent French and/or German is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Ability to take initiative.
• Strong work ethic, a proactive approach and can- do mindset.
