Data Scientist Lead
para impulsar iniciativas de IA dentro de un
Digital Innovation Hub
, actuando como
enlace entre negocio y tecnología
.


¿En qué trabajarás?

Tu primer gran reto (habrá otros futuros en IA) será
diseñar y liderar la creación de un chatbot con IA generativa
, clave para mejorar la experiencia de usuario y optimizar procesos internos.

Serás el referente en la definición de
casos de uso de GenAI
, tomando decisiones estratégicas sobre
plataformas, frameworks, calidad de modelos y adopción tecnológica
.


Responsabilidades clave

  • Detectar y priorizar oportunidades de IA junto a negocio.
  • Definir requerimientos funcionales y técnicos para soluciones de IA (especial foco en chatbots).
  • Coordinar equipos Data / IT / Stakeholders para garantizar la correcta implementación.
  • Validar modelos y alinear resultados con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Comunicar avances en
    español e inglés
    a todos los niveles.
  • Promover una cultura de innovación basada en IA dentro del hub.


¿Qué buscamos?

  • Al menos 8 años de experiencia
    en IA, Data Science o Analítica Avanzada.
  • Experiencia en
    casos de uso de IA/GenAI aplicados a negocio
    .
  • Background técnico (Data Science / Ingeniería) con visión estratégica.
  • Valorable experiencia en
    chatbots, NLP o LLMs
    .
  • Perfil tipo
    Business Translator
    : sabes hablar con Data Engineers y con el Director de Negocio.
  • Español e inglés fluido
    (imprescindible).

  • Comunicación clara y con storytelling.
  • Mentalidad colaborativa, analítica y orientada a resultados.
  • Proactividad en entornos ágiles e innovadores.
