A leading software company specializing in multimedia solutions that empower seamless digital experiences, combine innovation, cutting‑edge technology, and a global mindset to deliver high‑quality products for clients worldwide is looking for a Technical Product Owner.

As a Technical Product Owner to join our Product team. This role is central to executing our product strategy, roadmap, and feature definitions, providing cross-functional leadership to achieve a shared product vision. A key focus is managing demand from various business units, balancing business needs with technical constraints.

Key Responsibilities: As a Technical Product Owner, you will lead and manage the duties of a multidisciplinary team by organizing and prioritizing their work. Your main objective is to ensure the on-time delivery of value and help the squad members meet their roadmap goals with quality.

The main responsibilities are:

Backlog Management: Taking ownership of the team's backlog, prioritizing tasks by balancing business needs with technical constraints, and refining the backlog based on roadmap changes and stakeholder feedback. You'll also work closely with the Technical Product Manager to translate their vision into operational criteria.

Agile Leadership: Guiding the team and organization on how to use agile practices and self-organization. You will facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

Process Improvement: Driving continuous improvements through retrospective processes by eliminating waste, introducing automation, and promoting the use of AI tools.

Coordinating dependencies for issue readiness, keeping track of timely execution (including risks and costs), and delivering weekly team performance data and insights to senior management.

We offer: 

  • Permanent contract
  • Number of hours per week: 39
  • Schedule: 8:00 - 19:00
  • Anual gross salary: 40k - 50k


Requisits
  • Academic Background: Technical Engineering or a related field.
  • Additional Training: Experience in managing highly complex projects that require a strong technical background and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management Knowledge:
    In-depth understanding of the product life cycle and project management methodologies, with a strong emphasis on Agile practices.
  • Years of Experience: 4+ years
  • Technical Skills:
    • Project management
    • Advanced Jira issue management and administration
    • Advanced use of Confluence
    • Basic knowledge of Linux, GIT workflows, and a user-level understanding of CI/CD
  • Other Specific Requirements:
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong conflict resolution abilities
    • Good influencing and negotiation skills
