We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as IT Graduate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our projects, helping in our daily support role and ensuring implementation of global IT initiatives.
What you'll get to doAs an IT Graduate, you will:
- Contribute to the development of Digital Workplace best practices and continuous improvement of our initiatives
- Identify and address challenges to ensure the successful implementation of these initiatives i.e. During Project/change lifecycle in ServiceNow.
- Provide operational support for ITSM processes (ServiceNow).
- Support relationships with users and stakeholders
- Monitor SLA progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Provide support for projects, administrative tasks, and coordination activities to reduce operational workload.
- Documenting IT processes and participating in training opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT managers and business partners to understand the current state of the systems and their evolution.
- Learn from the best IT professionals and develop your skills and competencies in a dynamic and diverse environment
We are looking for someone who:
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively
in a multicultural and matrix organization.
- Has a proactive and flexible attitude, with the willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Has strong understanding of organizational culture and change management.
- Has strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Has a high level of English, and any other language is a plus.
- Specific Knowledge required: Microsoft Office 365. Office tools: advanced level of PowerPoint and Excel, Microsoft Sharepoint, Teams. Microsoft Certifications appreciated.
