Job Description

The aviation industry is becoming increasingly complex. Airports, airlines, and handling agents face challenges from rapidly growing competition, limited resources, and rising standards from governmental bodies and organizations such as IATA. IT systems and their integration are crucial technologies to keep pace with the evolving aviation industry.

T-Systems is dedicated to delivering optimal solutions for every aspect of the aviation handling value chain. The ACRO system by T-Systems supports both current and future advancements in aviation handling and airport management systems. ACRO represents a pioneering solution for airports, airlines, and ground handlers. To capitalize on business opportunities in aviation activities, comprehensive knowledge of all handling process parameters is essential. Consequently, this integrated suite is the premier tool of choice. It assists various stakeholders involved in different phases of flight handling, including planners and coordinators, flight operators, terminal or ramp agents, commercial accounting, and business analysis.

ACRO is an innovative Airport Management solution to optimize airport operations, integrating flight scheduling, resource allocation, and passenger information systems. Enhanced operational efficiency, improved passenger flow, and supported sustainability through real-time data coordination and scalable digital infrastructure.

Technical Expertise
