About the Role

As our Designer Trainee, you'll support the Design Team in producing high-quality visual content that brings our brand to life. You'll work on
graphic design, video editing, and digital creative production
, collaborating with experts across Europe to deliver impactful, on-brand visuals.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn how design powers brand identity, digital marketing, and eCommerce in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

This internship is based in our Madrid offices (Las Rozas).

What You'll Be Doing

• Create and adapt
  graphic assets and visual content
  for campaigns, websites, and digital platforms.
• Support in
  video editing and motion graphics
  for social media and paid media channels.
• Collaborate closely with designers and marketers to
  develop consistent brand visuals
  across all touchpoints.
• Assist in preparing
  creative materials
  for product launches, digital campaigns, and internal communications.
• Contribute fresh ideas to enhance the
  visual identity
  and storytelling of our brands.

Who You Are

You're a student or recent graduate looking for your first professional experience in
Design and Marketing
. You're eager to learn, creative, and detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for visual communication.

Educational Background:

Graphic Design, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.

Languages:

Fluent English (German or other languages are a plus).

Personal Skills:

• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative.
• Creative and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for design consistency.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
• A true team player—collaborative, communicative, and passionate about growth and innovation.

Technical Skills

Experience or familiarity with:

After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Magento, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and UX/UI tools.
