The Main Event: What You'll Drive, Build, and Own
- Talent Acquisition: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales positions, source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensure a positive and professional experience, and keep them informed about the hiring process, company culture, and career opportunities.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS, track candidate status, provide timely reports to stakeholders, and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Sales roles
- Proven experience of hiring for the high-volume roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven success in recruiting for startup environments is highly desirable
