What is the opportunity?

As an intern in RBC's Madrid office, you will support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity and other financial advisory services.

What will you do?

• Assisting in execution of mandated deals
• Assisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
• Gathering public information through numerous sources
• Creating financial model analyses
• Generating discounted cash flow models and other models for valuation metrics
• Building company forecast models
• Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financings and/or M&A assignments
• Producing and maintaining various databases
• General research

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

• University degree or equivalent. Ideally recently graduated Masters student or Masters student with no further classes and only an internship to complete
• Must be available to work full time from beginning of March 2026 to end of September 2026
• Hardworking, resilient, enthusiastic and professional work ethic
• Sound judgement with strong analytical and quantitative skills and high attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and develop relationships with clients at all levels
• Teamwork approach with colleagues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced computer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and Spanish
