En Infortec Consultores buscamos a una persona capaz de mirar una gráfica en caída libre sin perder la calma, de hablar con Windows, Linux y la nube sin discutir, y que sepa que "alta disponibilidad" no es un deseo… es un estilo de vida. Si eres de los que cuando suena un pager no lloran (al menos no por fuera), sigue leyendo.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Asegurar KPI y SLA como si fueran tus Pokémon favoritos: hay que atraparlos, cuidarlos y que no se mueran.
  • Gestionar a SMEs de diferentes tecnologías, porque alguien tiene que poner orden sin volverse loco.
  • Coordinar cambios críticos sin que salte ninguna alarma… o al menos que no salten todas.
  • Liderar Major Incidents, demostrando que el caos también se puede dirigir.
  • Dirigir RCAs, porque encontrar culpables no es profesional, pero encontrar causas raíz sí.
  • Pilotar Problem Management para que lo que falló una vez no falle dos (ni tres).
  • Reuniones con cliente donde tú entiendes de tecnología… y ellos de PowerPoints.

Lo que esperamos de ti

  • 10 años sobreviviendo en el sector TIC (enhorabuena, poca gente llega tan lejos).
  • 5 años en gestión operativa (has visto cosas… lo sabemos).
  • Dominio del triángulo sagrado de un SRE:

Windows Server

Linux

Cloud Hyperscaler (el que prefieras: Azure, AWS o GCP; aquí no discriminamos).

Ubicación y modalidad

  • Madrid (deseable)
  • Se valora remoto, pero tendrás visitas quincenales al cliente para demostrar que eres real y no un script. (En Madrid).

Horario

  • 8:00 – 17:00 (la franja en la que la magia ocurre).
  • Verano: 8:00 – 15:00 (porque somos humanos).

Guardias: Sí.

Horas extra: Sí, pero con estilo.
