We're seeking a
Senior Research / AI Engineer
with deep expertise in
Large Language Models (LLMs)
and a passion for driving innovation in
Natural Language Processing
and
Generative AI
. You'll be at the forefront of developing, optimizing, and deploying production-ready AI solutions that power next-generation applications.

What You'll Do

• Lead the full lifecycle of LLM-driven projects — from research and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
• Work hands-on with state-of-the-art models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Mistral, Gemini, Gemma) to design new features and intelligent products.
• Apply
  fine-tuning
  ,
  model distillation
  , and
  Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  techniques to enhance performance and contextual accuracy.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable
  Python
  code to support robust AI systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into production-grade solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and applying the latest breakthroughs in AI/ML and NLP.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in
  Machine Learning

  Deep Learning

  AI Research

• Strong programming skills in
  Python
  and frameworks such as

• Hands-on experience with
