What We Do:

DPF leverages cutting-edge technology to create seamless, end-to-end integration solutions from customer requirement gathering to product delivery. We design and configure xUICC (eSIM) profiles for network operators, enabling mobile devices to connect to cellular networks without physical SIM cards.

Our work includes providing essential data to manufacturing sites and enhancing eSIM management solutions. We are also pioneering the development of the IDSP platform, setting new standards in digital profile management.

Our goal is to deliver reliability, process optimization, and advanced self-service features while maintaining our reputation as a trusted global service provider.

The Role: Quality Assurance 

As a Quality Assurance for the Digital Profile Factory (DPF), you will ensure quality of the factory deliverables through proactive monitoring, reporting, and continuous optimization of processes. You'll establish quality, standardize and automate workflows, and collaborate closely with performance and operational teams to minimize errors and risks. By analyzing trends, managing corrective actions, and driving best practices, you'll play a key role in maintaining high production standards and delivering consistent, reliable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Protect Customers quality by designing, implementing and improving efficient inspection systems within the digital product world. Therefor utilize latest AI methodologies to maximize detection rates.
  • Proactively control product quality by monitoring quality-related KPIs and setting up related effective problem solving
  • Increase G+D´s profitability by preventing design and production flaws in our products
  • Ensure efficient teamwork within the global network for better products and higher customer satisfaction including 8D activities
  • Increase reliability of business processes and organization performance towards our quality goals
Qualifications, Experience, and Technical Skills:
  • University degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in quality assurance, production, or process management, ideally in a technology-driven and IT-enabled production environment
  • Proven experience and success in implementing inspection architectures and quality improvements
  • Experience in AI enhanced quality assurance is a surplus
  • Strong knowledge of quality management methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Experience with root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action systems (CAPA/8D), and process audits
  • Familiarity with digital tools and ERP systems (SAP/S4HANA preferred) for quality monitoring and reporting

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into practical improvements
  • Strong hands on problem-solving mindset, willing to take decisions
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work across departments and present clearly to customers
  • Pragmatic, proactive mindset with a focus on embedding process quality in daily operations
  • Ability to influence and drive change in cross-functional teams
