präzise, druck- und fertigungstaugliche Bauteile
zu machen. Du sorgst dafür, dass Konstruktionen nicht nur "gut aussehen", sondern
funktionieren, montierbar sind und in der Praxis zuverlässig produziert werden können
.

In dieser Rolle bist du erfolgreich, wenn du:

  • schnell von Anforderungen zu
    klaren CAD-Lösungen
    kommst,
  • saubere Zeichnungen
    und dokumentierte Daten ablieferst,
  • Teile gezielt für
    Additive Manufacturing (DfAM)
    optimierst,
  • Iterationen pragmatisch treibst und Qualität hochhältst.

Aufgabenbereiche

  • 3D-Konstruktion
    von Bauteilen und Baugruppen in
    Autodesk Inventor
    (inkl. parametrischer Modelle, Varianten, Anpassungen)
  • Erstellen, pflegen und freigeben von
    2D-Fertigungszeichnungen
    (Ansichten, Bemaassung, Toleranzen, Hinweise, Stücklisten/BOM)
  • Optimieren für 3D-Druck (DfAM)
    : Wandstärken, Passungen, Toleranzen, Support-Strategien, Orientierung, Reduktion von Druckzeit und Material
  • Prototyping & Iterationen
    : schnelles Umsetzen von Feedback, Verbesserungen und Designänderungen bis zur Produktionsreife
  • Vorbereitung und Übergabe von Fertigungsdaten (z. B.
    STEP/STL/DWG/DXF
    ) sowie nachvollziehbare
    Dokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion/3D-Druck und Team, um
    Qualität, Funktion und Termintreue
    sicherzustellen
  • Strukturierte Ablage und Datenpflege (Benennung, Versionierung, Änderungsstand, Projektstruktur)

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung als
    Konstrukteur:in
    ,
    Techniker:in HF
    ,
    Ingenieur:in
    (Maschinenbau/Produktentwicklung) oder vergleichbar
  • Sehr gute Praxis mit Autodesk Inventor
    (Pflicht)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Erstellen von
    2D-Zeichnungen
    inkl. Normverständnis, Bemaassung,
    Toleranzen
    und Stücklisten/BOM
  • Verständnis für
    Fertigung
    und idealerweise
    Additive Manufacturing / 3D Printing
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise (Ownership, saubere Daten, klare Kommunikation)
  • Sprachen:
    Englisch wichtig
